Vacuum jacketed agitated vessel - reactor 110/100
The price is set for the basic version of the reactor without additional options and the control panel
The vacuum vessel with a coolant duplicator and a mixing device is a universal solution for processing various products at sub-atmospheric pressure. Based on this simple device, you can select and modulate it into complex installations such as a vacuum evaporator, a vacuum kettle, and a unit for the production of cream honey.
- Sloped Design - Gravity Mixing
- Bottom valve DN40 included in the basic version
- Small-volume duplicator - low costs for coolant heating/cooling
- Modular system: customization of the equipment and its functionalities by ordering additional options
- An easy to disassemble mixing device
The optimal volume of the vacuum reactor makes it suitable for small and medium-scale food processing facilities, as well as meeting the requirements of catering organizations, dark kitchens in the HoReСa segment, and laboratory applications for large food processing facilities.
Vacuum reactors are designed to be able to process various products at sub-atmospheric pressure.
Some products are sensitive to high temperatures, so they are processed at reduced temperatures, those below the boiling point of water under atmospheric pressure. This allows you to preserve most of the beneficial substances, trace elements and vitamins contained in the products, as well as their original taste and color.

Advantages:
- Gravity-based product mixing, which is 20-25% more effective than the classical mixing method.
- No dead corners during mixing: the product flows down the walls by itself, and the mixing device picks it up and kneads it into the main mass.
- Highly efficient for mixing multicomponent mixtures.
- The bottom valve ensures thorough processing without any blind spots - this is an essential requirement for professional installations, especially in industries such as pharmaceuticals, where precise substance dosing is crucial during batch processing. Its presence ensures that all components and mixtures, including those with weak or slow solubility, will be thoroughly mixed and dissolved throughout the entire volume of the product. The bottom valve is located at the bottom of the working tank so that components do not fall in and remain unprocessed in the outlet pipes.
- A small-volume “coolant jacket†(up to 0.5 Bar), is installed along the entire height of the working tank, including the bottom, which provides a large heat transfer area. This significantly reduces energy losses when replacing the coolant (heating/cooling) depending on the required processing method.
- This model is a part of a series of modular units that, with additional equipment, can be transformed into a vacuum homogenizing module, a vacuum evaporation unit, or a creaming unit.
- The basic version is equipped with a professional industrial gear motor with a three-phase connection.

Options:
Control
- Frequency converter in the form of a standalone control panel with IP66 electrical protection is used to regulate the gear motor of the mixing device.
- Single-phase geared motor with the ability to connect to a 220-240 Volt network; as an additional option, you can select a regulator to control the speed of the geared motor, which provides smooth adjustment of speed and maintains engine power when a load appears.
- Three-phase geared motor for thick and viscous products with increased torque.
- Bimetallic thermometer inside the jacket to display the current temperature near the coolant inlet.
- Additional thermostat with a probe for measuring the temperature of the product inside the container.
- Bottom temperature sensor in the product (PT100) with a thermostat. This option is only available when choosing the electrical cabinet that includes the installation of a thermal controller.
- Electromagnetic valve for supplying the coolant into the jacket with an electrical control.
- Control valves for supplying the coolant into the jacket for more precise adjustment of the coolants flow. This option can only be selected when choosing the electrical cabinet that includes the installation of a valve control.
- An electrical cabinet made out of carbon steel with IP54 protective coating, housing the signal, safety, and regulating electrical components (relays, contacts, etc.). As an additional option, you can choose an electrical cabinet made entirely out of AISI304 stainless steel. The top modification of the electrical cabinet is the hygienic version designed for food production.
Additional systems:
- Vacuum generating systems to choose from depending on the type of energy: ejector for compressed air, water or liquid ring pump; it includes: a vacuum generator and a vacuum gauge; as an additional option, a vacuum gauge in a stainless steel case filled with glycerin can be selected.
- The system for holding and adjusting the vacuum using a special electrically controlled vacuum gauge (this option is available when choosing an electrical control cabinet) allows you to adjust the vacuum depth and the limits of its retention directly on the vacuum gauge.
- A vacuum regulation system using an electrically controlled solenoid valve (this feature is accessible when selecting the configuration with an electrical control cabinet).
Optional equipment:
- Support in the form of reinforced polyamide adjustable and leveling legs, with or without a hinge.
- Wheel swivel supports, resistant to loads and physical wear, with a brake mechanism and a special coating for food production.
- Sel adjustable side scrapers using springs made out of AISI304 stainless steel, used to clean the walls of the working container.
- The scrapers are made out of food-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (fluoroplastic-4/trademark Teflon), which has high durability, good ductility, and a low coefficient of friction! Has certificates for use in the food industry.
- Bottom scrapers for cleaning the bottom of the vessel. The scrapers are made out of food-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (fluoroplastic-4, Teflon brand), which has a high durability, good ductility, and a low coefficient of friction! Has certificates for use in the food industry. This option can only be selected when choosing a special bottom temperature sensor for the product;
- CIP heads (nozzles) for washing are made out of food-grade stainless steel; as an additional option, rotary nozzles can be ordered so that you can cover all of the containers surfaces, including the opening hatch of the equipment.
- External decorative hygienic casing made out of polished stainless steel AISI304.
- Thermal insulation. Depending on the temperature conditions used for processing, the option of low-temperature insulation made out of thermal insulating foam with foil, or a high-temperature type of thermal insulation made out of mineral wool can be selected.
- An electric flow-through water heating system (coolant - water) with different heating power options available such as 12, 24, 48 kW.
- A special low-speed air compressor is used to facilitate the air compression process, operating at a pressure of 6-10 Bar. This option is essential when opting for an ejector that utilizes compressed air as a vacuum generator.
- Water supply pump for creating a vacuum when using the water ejector as a vacuum generator.
- A specialized pipe with a hose enables vacuum filling of the container through the bottom valve up to the level of the working fluid. This option is available only when choosing the vacuum generation option.
- An inline Ultra Shear homogenizer with the ability to connect to the recirculation system via flexible pipelines.
