The unique feature of this vacuum honey evaporator model, distinguishing it from a honey dryer, is its ability to create a deep vacuum with a residual pressure of up to 0.08 Bar during processing! This innovative unit not only allows for quick and efficient drying of honey but also enables the immediate evaporation of water, producing a semi-finished product suitable for the subsequent production of «dry honey» or powdered honey.

The vacuum evaporator for honey is an innovative unit developed by combining two of our best-selling devices - a vacuum dryer and a vacuum evaporator. During the testing of our new compact evaporator, we achieved high vacuum depth values, allowing water in honey to boil at a low temperature. Additionally, the boiling temperature of water does not exceed 40-45°C - the maximum critical temperature for heating honey.
The vacuum honey dehydrator allows, under deep vacuum conditions inside the container, to create an environment where the water in the honey starts to boil immediately, directly from the entire volume. Water bubbles rise to the surface of the honey and quickly escape as secondary steam into the collector and then into the condenser.
