The insulation cover for IBC containers is an integral part of the ice water station, which is necessary for various technological operations in food production, for example, vacuum frying, vacuum creaming, continuous pasteurization with cooling, boiling milk during the production of condensed milk. An ice water station includes a refrigeration unit (chiller), an IBC container in the form of a buffer tank for water with an insulating casing and a circulation pump. This system allows to significantly reduce energy costs for cooling water and can be installed in circuits where the coolant temperature can be heated to a temperature above 25 degrees. An important part of this system is the IBC container with insulation, which allows you to have a coolant with a stable temperature.
