The honey creaming machine is produced in various capacities with the possibility of loading from 30 to 225 kg of honey, so every beekeeper can choose the model that suits him. After processing, honey acquires a creamy structure. The creaming process is a method of crystallizing honey using a sample – seed (creamed honey), carried out through stirring.

The honey creaming unit is specially designed and manufactured for use directly in apiaries, allows for processing small batches of honey with a load of 20 kg and more.
The creaming unit can be used not only for creaming, but also for blending, and the homogenization of honey.

It comprises a stainless steel container with handles, an upper body (lid), on which the mixing device with a gear motor is fixed, the upper body is equipped with a 1/3 opening hatch with a safety grid.
Operating principle
Honey crystallization - is a natural process that can be used to obtain a paste-like spreadable form of honey. Crystallization occurs with the addition of a sample of creamed honey, which, through mixing, promotes the growth of new small crystals based on the size of the existing ones. Honey does not lose its medicinal and beneficial properties, as a result of these structural changes, it fully retains its natural nutrients.
