Honey mixer / homogenizer VPL
The mixers are made up of a double-walled cylindrical stainless steel vessel with cavity, with drain hole and 50 cm diameter butterfly valve. The cavity is filled with water which is heated by an electric resistance thermostat. The honey is mixed by blades with a marine propeller profile, adjustable in height along an oblique shaft.Â

This equipment is ideal to easily and quickly make creamed honey from a mixture of liquid honey and some crystallized honey. We have mixers of different capacities available. The blending time changes according to the product to process. Highly fluid honeys can be blended in only a few minutes, other thicker types may require up to 30 minutes.
Fitted with a marine-type propeller fitted on an inclined shaft (not anchored to the tank bottom). The machine is in compliance with the requirements of the directive 89/392/EEC and subsequent amendments.
The mixer is composed of a stainless steel container.
The machine is normally stable and does not need any special precautions during loading or handling. Lifting must be done from the bottom.
Before beginning to work, make sure that the outlet valve is closed. Add honey batches by pouring in from the top opening; by using the pump, it is also possible to feed honey to the machine via the suitably connected outlet valve.

Double-wall heated mixer, with a capacity of 100 kg of honey. It is a small economic multipurpose mixer with stainless steel butterfly tap Ø 40 mm and with anti-heat polyethylene protection. The supporting structure is made of stainless steel tubing.
The heating of the water is obtained by means of a 1000 W thermostatic electric resistance screwed to the side, in the double bottom.
The mixing takes place by means of a Ø 250 mm stainless steel marine propeller adjustable in height and mounted on the cantilevered shaft, inclined and moved by a single-phase 370 W.

Honey homogenizer/ mixer VPL 300
It is a honey mixer with double-walled container with a capacity of 300 kg of honey, with a 50 mm stainless steel tap. The heating of the water is obtained by means of a 2000 W thermostatic electric resistance screwed to the side, in the double bottom. The 2 propellers are in stainless steel ø 250 mm and mounted on an inclined shaft which is adjustable in height and rotated by a 550 W 50 rpm three-phase gearmotor. The supporting structure is made of stainless steel tubing. The lid is equipped with a safety lock against opening when the machine is running.
