An atmospheric kettle for the production of yogurt with pieces of fruit, cream and other dairy products, jams or marmalades.
The device is equipped with a teflon spiral mixer, a pneumatic lid with a 1/3 door, an additive container. The boiler is made of stainless steel AISI 304, and is heated by heating elements (6 pcs. x 3 kW = 18 kW). Mixing of the product is ensured by the anchored full-volume mixer, with a rotation speed of 28 r/m. The motor has a capacity of 1.5 kW. The product output is assured with a DN 50 pipe.
