This premium cooking kettle is ideal for professional kitchens where large capacity is required. A wide variety of foods can be cooked, boiled and baked in this round cooking pot. It has been specifically designed to make cooking more efficient. There is a large drain valve for draining liquid food, as well as large control buttons and an easy-to-read pressure gauge.
Direct heating system
This kettle runs on gas and has electronically controlled throttles as does the ignition system. Micro-perforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame protection. The kettle has a single wall with the heat source directly below the boiler, which means it has a direct heating system. This makes it ideal for foods you cook in water such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausage and meats. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels so that the product does not burn. Thanks to the additional insulation material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.
Indirect heating system
This boiling pan works on gas and has throttle valves that are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made from stainless steel and are equipped with a flame protection. The double wall on the inside is filled with water and the heat source is located directly under the boiler. As a result, it has an indirect heating system. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels so that dishes do not burn quickly. This makes the boiling pan perfect for liquid dishes or food that you cook in water, such as rice, potatoes, meat and vegetables. Thanks to the additional insulating material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.
Easy to use
This cooking device is very easy to use. The double-layered lid has a large handle and a counterweighted opening mechanism for smooth opening and closing. Being able to clean it easily is an important part of using it. The interior is round and, thanks to the stainless steel, smoothly finished throughout. The kettle also has a handy drain valve to drain the liquid. This option is not only used for draining water or liquid products, but also very practical when cleaning.

The Economy series of the cooking kettles comprise a thick-walled stainless steel container with an electric mixer mounted on the quick-release upper housing.
