Indirect heating system
The double wall filled with water creates an indirect heating system. The safety thermostat warns of a low water level so that the cooked product does not burn. The lid of the pot is double-layered and equipped with a counterweight so that you can easily open and close it. Thanks to the additional insulating material from which the boiler is made, heat loss and energy consumption are minimized. The boiler is very user-friendly and has a practical manometer.
This powerful kettle is made of stainless steel and is very easy to clean. Stainless steel is best cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, it is advisable to wipe everything thoroughly with a soft cloth. In addition, this professional cooking kettle is equipped with sturdy legs for added stability.
