Drying with a use of a drum is an approach applied for drying out moisture from the product.
Drum drying equipment is made of highest quality stainless steel AISI304, great for stirring and drying products like various types of starch, cereal, baby food, mashed potatoes to turn them into cool dissolvable water.
The rotating speed of the drum is adjustable thanks to the use of a frequency converter.

Eliminating moisture with the use of a drum is an approach applied for drying out moisture from the product. Using this method of drying, the product is dried at lower temperature compared to rotating, higher volume drums that make sheets of drum dried materials. The product dried in our machine is grinded to a final flake or powder.

Customized drying machine for the client
This drying machine is fitted with a liquid injection mechanism consisting of a pressurized air container (compressor not included) and a hose with an injection nozzle. We are able to customize our dryers depending on your needs and requirements and provide exceptional service from our greatly skillful engineers.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Raw material (around 170 liters) is placed in the drum and hot air is blown directly in the drum. Consequently, the product is gradually dried and the drum turns. The rotating speed of the drum can be regulated from the control panel. The tilt of the drum is adjustable.
