The AHU universal homogenizer is a compact inline unit designed for emulsifying, mixing, homogenizing, and dispersing liquid and semi-liquid products. It is suitable for use in food processing, cosmetic production, and chemical applications for homogeneous particle size reduction and uniform product structure.

  • The AHU homogenizer is used for preparing homogeneous emulsions, solutions and uniform, stable suspensions.

  • Equipped with a 14-stage YUMIX basic 2.2kW with the possibility to adjust the distance between the rotor and stator, with a 7 position conical teeth configuration
  • Integrated recirculation loop, helps to achieve the desired particle size in the circulation circuit

The unit is equipped with an integrated hopper, recirculation loop, and a discharge outlet for liquid and semi-liquid products. The product chamber is designed without dead zones or dirt traps to facilitate cleaning and processing of sensitive materials. The inline design of the homogenizer allows for continuous recirculation homogenization, ensuring repeatable results across batches.
