The Homogenizer F230 is a professional food processing unit with a working volume of up to 200 liters, designed for combined thermal and mechanical treatment of products.
It integrates multiple processing stages into a single installation, including homogenization, controlled thermal processing, and optional mixing. The unit is equipped with a high-speed bottom-mounted homogenizer, providing intensive dispersion and particle size reduction during the initial stage of processing. This ensures the formation of a uniform and stable product structure.
If required, the process can be complemented by gentle mixing using an optional frame agitator driven by an electric motor. The adjustable mixing speed (via frequency converter – option) allows adaptation to different product viscosities and process stages, ensuring uniform temperature distribution without damaging the product structure.
The vessel is made of food-grade stainless steel and features a three-layer design with a heat transfer jacket (duplicator). This allows controlled heating or cooling of the product using an external thermal source, depending on the technological process requirements.
The process typically involves staged homogenization and thermal treatment, where the product is first dispersed and heated, then maintained within a defined temperature range if required, and further processed depending on the application. Continuous or periodic mixing ensures uniform heat distribution and prevents local overheating.
The product is loaded through a 1/3 opening in the top lid and discharged through a DN 50 outlet valve located at the lowest point of the vessel.
The unit can also be used for fermentation-based processes, particularly for products requiring controlled temperature conditions and preliminary homogenization.

Basic version
The basic version of the Homogenizer F230 includes a three-layer stainless steel vessel with a heating/cooling jacket (duplicator) and a bottom-mounted high-speed homogenizer. The unit is equipped with temperature sensors for monitoring the product and heating medium. Raw materials are loaded through the upper 1/3 opening lid and discharged through a DN 50 outlet valve.
The system is supplied with basic semi-automatic controls, including essential control elements and safety features. The level of automation can be adapted to customer requirements, with PLC control and advanced monitoring available as optional upgrades.
Operating principle
The product is loaded into the vessel through the top opening and processed in several stages. During the initial phase, the homogenizer operates at high speed, breaking down particles and creating a uniform structure while the product is simultaneously heated or cooled through the jacket.
If required, mixing is carried out using the optional frame agitator to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the product.
The product can be maintained at a target temperature for a defined period, depending on the technological process. In the final stage, the product may be further processed or discharged through the bottom outlet.
