Planetary mixers are primarily used in the confectionary industry. Offered in three different capacities.
Small commercial dough mixer with a volume range of 40-80 L. Upon request a 30 L can be offered as well. The bowl can be manually released from the mixer.
The mixing machine can be used for preparing soft and hard dough, whisking creams as well as producing mayonnaise or margarine.
