The industrial planetary mixer is mainly used in the confectionary industry. Available in three different sizes: 120, 140 and 170 L.
Industrial cake mixer with a touchscreen (intuitive touch control) which can work together with the bowl lifter. This mixer can be also used in other types of ingredient processing within food industry.
Machines are equipped in mechanic bowl lifting and lowering system, effortless adjustment of rotational speed and touch screen control panel. Automatic bowl lowering below fasten tool on rack (no need for tools dismantling).

It is one of the modifications of a vacuum reactor and a vacuum evaporator.
