The Multifunction Bratt pan cooks and mixes simultaneously. It is heated with a double-layered duplicator supplied with thermal oil, which is heated by electric coils.
The whole automatic frying pan is made out of stainless steel AISI 304, the pan is well isolated with glass fiber in order to have a good thermal efficiency. Equipped with a specially designed stirrer with teflon scrapers.Ā
Capable of braising (frying) at a temperature of 180 Ā°C
Tipping of the working bowl is ensured by the hydraulic system. The machine is equipped with stainless steel cover.
