The professional 30L frying pan is designed for frying, sautéing, and searing. The stainless steel frying surface ensures even heat distribution, improves cooking quality, and minimizes sticking.
The unit features an electric bottom heating system with adjustable power settings, allowing the operator to adjust the cooking temperature according to product requirements. Typical operating temperatures range from 100°C to 200°C for intense frying and browning.
The integrated manual tilt mechanism has multiple locking positions and allows for easy tilting of the pan to remove cooked food, drain liquids such as frying oil, or empty the chamber for cleaning. When used with the optional mobile container or filtration system, oil and liquids can be drained and reused as needed.
The compact design and self-supporting stainless steel frame make the pan suitable for small food production facilities, catering establishments, small kitchens, canteens, food trucks, and fast food establishments requiring fast and consistent cooking cycles. Basic Configuration
The frying pan comprises a stainless steel container with electric bottom heating, mounted on a wheeled support frame.
The frying pan features a multi-stage heating control; the basic version includes a 2.6 kW heating element and a 60 W mixing motor, a professional high-temperature thermometer, a manual multi-position tilt mechanism, a stainless steel lid, and a motorized stirrer with self-adjusting stainless steel scrapers.
The heating power can be selected (2.6 - 6.5 kW), and then adjusted according to customer requirements.
