The mill is designed for milling whole fruit or vegetable before further processing. The mill is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, and is certified food safe.
It is designed for grinding pome fruit, stone fruit and vegetable. These fruit mills are designed to crush the fruits and vegetables to extract juice and pulp.
