The nut grinding machine is used for processing sesame seeds to produce a tahini or a sesame paste.

The nut butter machine is suitable for making tahini by grinding sesame seeds into a smooth paste.

Sometimes the sesame seeds are hulled, sometimes they’re left unhulled; sometimes roasted, sometimes raw - all depends on the production technology and recipe. The sesame butter contains rich protein, amino acid, Vitamins and minerals, with pretty high healthy value.

Commercially-made tahini is usually made from 100% sesame seeds, which are naturally high in oil. No additional oil is added. The problem is that the oil from the sesame seeds cannot be extracted without the right equipment. The colloid mill is intended for grinding,

Dispersion/emulsification and homogenization of various ingredients for the production of pastes.

  • The grinding process is done with two element known as rotor while the bottom one is called stator. The rotor turns against the fixed stator, the product is ground between these  discs
  • The construction of a colloid mill consists in a high-speed motor on the supporting structure, on which shaft these elements are placed. The mill is equipped plastic catcher for nuts coming from the dispenser and drain.

Basic version

The basic version of the device includes a high-performance motor with a colloid mill, a plastic collecting hopper and a discharge point. The stainless steel construction guarantees a long service life and hygienic operation.
