The 50-liter MakMix cooking kettle is a versatile food processing unit designed for efficient preparation of a wide range of food products in small to medium-scale production.

A special sandwich bottom quickly and efficiently transfers heat and distributes it evenly across the bottom of the working vessel. The maximum heating temperature is 200 degrees, which guarantees high standards of frying and roasting products using WOK technology. Due to the high temperature and intense heating, the Cookmixer allows you to fry onions, cabbage, meat and vegetables.
The device, thanks to its multi-stage temperature control and a smooth mixing device, allows you to prepare choux pastry, pastry cream, cook fruit jam, glaze, various fillings, and to melt chocolate, fats and butter. It can be used wherever heating and smooth mixing are required.Â
The unit can also be used as a cooking kettle, a saucepan with built-in heating for a professional kitchen, which can be used to cook a wide range of dishes: Bolognese sauce, risotto, soups, stews, pasta, sauces, creams, broths, meat and fish gravies, mirepoix, sautéed mushrooms, mustard, jams, marmalades and much more.
