Advantages:

- The mixing process is carried out using a special mixer, which is equipped with scrapers that prevent the product from sticking and burning. Scrapers collect the product from the walls and bottom of the boiler. Heating is carried out by heating the oil between the two walls of the boiler; the heating is constant and the mass does not burn. Heat is introduced evenly into the product, throughout its entire volume.
Basic version
The MK series cooking kettle is additionally equipped with a third outer shell to limit the temperature transfer to the environment. MK series cooker and mixer have two operating speeds and the ability to heat the mass to the required temperature of max. 150°C. At the customer's request, it is possible to limit the maximum temperature level. All elements in direct contact with food are made out of high quality steel and other materials approved for contact with food.
The universal cooking boiler has a tilting bowl, which is easy to fill and clean; the boiler can be equipped with a drain valve, which is hygienic - easy to disassemble for cleaning/rinsing. The valve has an option to prevent accidental opening.
The cream making machine has a lid with an inlet to control the process and add ingredients without stopping the machine.
All important electrical components are located in an electrical box on the side of the machine to protect against vapors and high temperatures. Timer with a sound signal - automatic or manual mode.
