Direct heating system
This boiling boiler runs on gas and the dampers are electronically controlled, as is the ignition system. Micro-perforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame protection. This is a direct heating system with a heating source directly below the boiler. This makes the cooker ideal for foods that can be cooked in water, such as meat, vegetables, rice and potatoes. Thanks to the additional insulating material from which the digester is made, heat loss and energy consumption are kept to a minimum.
Indirect heating system
The double contour of the walls, filled with water inside, creates an indirect heating system. The safety thermostat warns of low water levels so that the product does not burn quickly. The lid of the kettle is double-layered and equipped with a counterweight so that you can easily open and close it. Thanks to the additional insulating material from which the kettle is made, heat loss and energy consumption are minimized. The kettle is very easy to use and has a practical manometer. This kettle runs on gas and the throttles are electronically controlled, as is the ignition system. Micro-perforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame protection
Easy to use
Weighing 67 kg, this cooker is a large cooking device, yet very easy to use. The double lid of the boiler has a large handle and a counterweighted opening mechanism, so opening and closing is very smooth. The ability to easily clean the device is also an important part of ease of use. The inside of the boiler is round and thanks to the stainless steel finish it has a smooth surface. This makes it very easy to clean. A kettle cannot do without a handy drain valve. This is not only necessary when draining water or liquid products, but of course very practical when cleaning.
