The electric cooking kettle with a stirring device and manual tilting is suitable for a wide range of applications in food production, professional kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias and catering establishments. It has an independent stainless steel frame and built-in intensive electric heating with a multi-layer sandwich bottom, allowing uniform heating of the bottom of the vessel.

The electric cooking kettle with a stirring device and manual tilting system is designed for producing large batches of food products in professional kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias and food production facilities.
It is suitable for processing liquid products (60 W mixing motor option) or semi-viscous and thick products (250 W mixing motor option), using controlled heating with 7 selectable heating settings (1–6 heating stages) and automatic intensive mixing.
The unit is heated through a sandwich bottom that evenly distributes heat across the entire bottom surface. In addition, the cooking kettle features an air-insulated outer jacket, where hot air generated during operation rises into the inner layer and is retained there. This creates a thermos-like effect that helps maintain heat on the sides of the kettle while reducing heat loss and improving thermal efficiency.
The unit is mounted on a rigid stainless steel supporting structure with caster wheels for easy movement within the facility (height adjustable legs available as an alternative option). The mechanical tilting system features 8 tilt positions with a maximum tilt angle of 110° for convenient unloading and complete emptying of the working tank.
Optionally, the cooking kettle can be equipped with a jacket (duplicator) for a heat transfer medium up to 0.5 bar. This additional inner layer allows indirect heating or cooling of the product using hot or cold water supplied from an external source. The system enables accurate temperature control and gentle thermal processing without overheating the product.
The removable lid with an integrated mixing device is mounted onto the cooking kettle using 3 bolts that can be manually tightened with a wrench for secure operation and easy removal during cleaning and sanitization in just a few seconds. The lid includes a practical 1/3 opening section with a protective grid for operator safety during operation. Optionally, instead of the grid, the unit can be equipped with a lid-opening safety sensor that automatically stops the mixing device when the lid is opened.
Two mixing drive versions are available depending on the application:
- 60 W direct drive motor with an anchor mixer for liquid and low-viscosity products
- 250 W geared motor for processing thicker products and operation with stainless steel scrapers or a paddle mixer

The Economy series of the cooking kettles comprise a thick-walled stainless steel container with an electric mixer mounted on the quick-release upper housing.
