It is used for shredding cabbage and has the ability to cut it with an auger.
It provides high-quality slices, is easy to use and is characterized by high durability. It has a CE certificate. On the disc there is an average-sized head of cabbage, the slicer can be connected with a belt conveyor, salting machine. Operation of the machine can be done with one or two operators.
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel. Only the cover in the basic version is not made from stainless steel. The machine is driven by an electric motor with a power of 2.2 kW, which drives the discs with a gear motor. The main shaft, on which the disc is mounted ensure long-term operation.
The biggest advantage of this machine are the professional cutting knives, which allow you to obtain high-quality cut pieces with very long periods between sharpening.

The belt conveyor, just like the slicer, is made entirely of stainless steel and is resistant to the aggressive working environment. It is powered by a separate engine motor.
