Thanks to the double-walled lid, the insulation of the kettle reduces heat and energy loss, making it very energy efficient. It is also very comfortable to use and easy to clean.
Direct heating system
This kettle runs on gas and has electronically controlled throttles as does the ignition system. Micro-perforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame protection. The pan is single walled with the heat source directly below the boiler, which means it offers a direct heating system. This makes it ideal for foods you cook in water such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausage and meats. The safety thermostat controls the water level so that the product does not burn. Thanks to the additional insulation material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.
Indirect heating
If the kettle has an indirect heating system: there is a double wall, the space inside of which can be filled with water so that the product does not burn or overheat. The double-walled lid also has additional insulation. In addition, the lid is equipped with a hinged and balanced mechanism, making it easy to open and close. There is also a safety valve that prevents excess steam pressure. This brew kettle also features micro-perforated stainless steel burners and has flame protection for added safety. By using an external valve, you can also remove excess air to reduce pressure. There is also a large manometer.
Easy to use
This cooking device is very easy to use. The double-layered lid has a large handle and a counterweighted opening mechanism for smooth opening and closing. Being able to clean it easily is an important part of ease of use. The interior is round and, thanks to the stainless steel, smoothly finished throughout. The digester also has a handy drain valve to drain the liquid without any hassle. It is useful not only for draining water prepared in cooking, but also very practical for cleaning.
