The vacuum cooking and concentration unit is designed for concentrating products at low temperatures (about 60 degrees) in a reactor with a discharged environment to preserve the color, nutritional value and useful natural substances in present in food products. Evaporation and concentration units are often used when cooking jams, sauces, as well as fruit or vegetable concentrates. The vacuum concentrator allows you to boil and concentrate heat-sensitive products without damaging or destroying their structure or proteins, such as milk.

The vacuum evaporation unit is an ideal solution for processing products under vacuum, it allows you to boil, concentrate and deaerate the product at low temperatures in order to preserve its organoleptic properties. The low processing temperature allows the product to retain its natural color and taste, its structure is not compromised, and most importantly - the shelf life of the product increases, since the vacuum process ensures a high level of hygiene during production.

Basic version
Includes a reactor with a heating jacket, equipped with a stirrer with an electric drive, a vacuum generation system and a secondary steam removal and condensation system. The control provides an on/off switch for the stirring device, PT100 thermometer in the product for the ability to adjust the processing temperature.

- The working vacuum depth is -0.8 bar (0.2 bar residual), the evaporation temperature at this vacuum value is 57-59 degrees C
- The minimum loading volume varies depending on the model and volume, it is recommended that the product covers the bottom of the stirrer.
- Maximum loading volume ranges from 50% to 75% of the total volume (depending on the foaming properties of the product)
- Power supply - single-phase 230 / three-phase 400 Volts depending on the model
- Availability of a source of compressed air with a pressure of 6-10 Bar, 275-300 l / min
