You can use the cooking appliance to caramelize fruit, meat and onions on a professional level.
The device is offered in volumes of 50 and 100 L. Thanks to contact heating, it allows cooking up to 220 ° C. The device is equipped with a mixing device with drive and scrapers, which prevent the device from burning.
In the basic design, the device is single jacked and the forced bottom allows connection to a heating element (cooking plate) of various heating variants. Supplied with CE certificate of conformity. The appliance can be offered separately or with a heating element (cooking plate)
The device is made of stainless steel AISI 304. The device can thus also be equipped with various additional options to meet all expectations.
