This infrared dryer is used to remove moisture (drying) products that have high humidity.
Infrared rays penetrate into the raw material, acting on it at the molecular level, which allows for high-quality processing of products, extending its shelf life without the use of preservatives.
Without touching the tissue of the product, infrared radiation allows you to evaporate water, while maintaining the taste, vitamins and biologically active substances in the final product.
