A hot oil filter for continuous industrial tabletop fryers allows you to quickly and effectively filter oil immediately after the frying process.

A hot oil filter allows for cleaning the oil immediately after the frying process.

The oil filtration process allows you to clean the oil from product particles such as batter residues that get mixed into the oil during the frying process, this protects oil from spoilage and extends its service life.

Oil spoilage is the process of contamination and degradation of oil during its use. Oil darkens, becomes more viscous, its smell and taste characteristics change. Residues of product breading, crumbs and tiny slices that get into the oil burn and contaminate the oil. These particles accelerate the process of oil decomposition, forming bitter and carcinogenic compounds.

At high temperatures, oil oxidizes when in contact with oxygen, which leads to the formation of trans fats and peroxides.

Moisture from frozen foods is released into the oil when heated, forming foam that reduces the frying properties of the oil. Salt and spices used in various recipes also increase corrosion and decomposition of the oil.

To preserve the oil and extend its service life, oil filtration is necessary, because it eliminates the unpleasant consequences of frying products in contaminated oil.
