The ball mill is designed for highly efficient production of chocolate mass, various kinds of chocolate glaze, nut and chocolate spread (type Nutella) and similar products. There is a vertical cylindrical vessel with a heated jacket, a specially shaped stirrer inside the shaft.

The balls are made of highly resistant stainless steel and serve as a grinding element. Different levels of mixing elements moving in the same direction but at different speeds. The speed of movement at the end of the stirrer blades is highest and is near zero near the shaft, greatly reducing wear.

Processing time of the mixture up to 18-25 microns (average value, the parameter may vary depending on raw material, mass composition, and initial/final product indicators)

Working principle:

With the help of the circulation process, the product achieves the highest degree of homogenization and grinding of its particles. After reaching the required degree of grinding, the product is discharged by means of a pump through the discharge valve of the ball mill.

According to the recipe, sugar, soy lecithin and other ingredients are pre-mixed in a mixer, then this mixture enters the ball mill through a heated pipe by means of a pump. It passes through a ball mill, then re-enters the premixer and circulates continuously between the premixer and the ball mill.

By the circulation process, the product reaches the highest degree of homogenization and grinding of the particles. When the desired degree of grinding is achieved, the product is discharged by means of a pump through the discharge valve of the ball mill.
