It can be equipped with a heating jacket for boiling, cooling and maintaining the desired product temperature. With the inclusion of a specialized mixer, the motor remains unaffected by hot steam, preventing overheating. The bowl can be easily tilted, and the agitators are easily detachable. The processes performed within this mixer enhance the volume and plasticity of the mass, thereby improving its shaping and dosage accuracy. The hopper section facilitates the connection of adhesive ingredients to the product while the agitator is in operation.
