Temperature regulator - controls the boiler heating intensity depending on temperature. The temperature sensor is located on the cooking vessel. Heat in this boiling pan is created by high pressure steam generated in installed evaporator inside. As a result, steam is heating up the whole volume of the boiler not just a bottom. This technique makes our boiling pans perfect for cooking jams, soups, chutneys or just simply water. Reaching the boiling point - 80-90min. Intended for use in catering kitchens, school kitchens, professional kitchens and other food processing plants.

All of our cooking boilers are based on the principle of cooking vessels with indirect heating, it means that the main heating tank of the pan consists of a double jacket. All components that come into contact with food are made out of acid resistant stainless-steel of 1.4301 grade.

The professional boiler consists of an inner and an outer jacket, in the lower part there are electric heating elements which generate steam. It includes an outlet for draining water from the steam generator tank. The water supply is designed for filling the cooking vessel with water through the valves.

The safety valve protects the boiler from excessive heating of the heater. The temperature regulator is located on the cooking vessel and protects against excessive temperature rise in the heater and burning of the heater elements. The water level sensor indicates the water level in the steam generator and protects the heating elements from burning. Filling valve with funnel serves to fill the steam generator with water. The pressure gauge informs about the pressure inside the heater.
