A versatile cooking system, featuring an inclined reactor and a frame mixing device, is designed for processing a diverse range of products through methods such as cooking, boiling, and concentrating at atmospheric pressure. This system is commonly used for the production of syrups, jams, confiture, and honey processing.

The cooking kettle is suitable for processing various products, including thick and viscous (medium to high viscosity) raw materials. It allows for a broad spectrum of technological processes, including heating, boiling, cooling, crystallizing, as well as stirring and mixing various ingredients.

The universal cooker can also be used as part of a homogenizing module system with an external homogenization and circulation circuit, suitable for products such as:

  • fruit preserves
  • confiture
  • sauces
  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • syrups

Basic version

The universal inclined atmospheric periodic-action kettle, designed for processing various products in the food and cosmetic industries, is equipped with a heating/cooling jacket suitable for a coolant with the pressure of up to 0.5 bar (g). It features an external decorative casing made out of polished stainless steel with thermal insulation. Inside the working vessel, there is a frame mixing device with an electric drive for processing dense and viscous products. The special shape of the "jacket" along the entire length of the working container results in a compact volume, yet with a substantial heat transfer area, ensuring efficient heat transfer. The cooking boiler utilizes a gravitational mixing method, which is not only 25% more efficient than conventional methods but also enables the quick and efficient unloading of dense raw materials from the vessel.

Principle of operation

The product is loaded into the boiler from the top through a sectional upper hatch. After processing, unloading is carried out at the bottom point of the vessel, for thick and viscous products, it is recommended to unload the product while the mixing device is turned on. Purified saturated steam from an external source or water from an external hot water supply with a maximum pressure of up to 0.5 Bar can be used as a heating medium. Cold water can be used for cooling.
