Description
For professional kitchens where high performance is required, this premium cooking pot is perfect. It can cook, boil and bake a variety of foods. It has been designed to make cooking more efficient. For example, there is a large drain valve for draining liquid dishes, as well as large control buttons and an easy-to-read pressure gauge.
Indirect heating system
This kettle is powered by electric current (400V). The double wall inside can be filled with water and the heat source is directly below the boiler. The result is a very efficient indirect heating system.
The safety thermostat protects against too low water level so that the product does not burn. This makes the cooker ideal for liquid or water-cooked foods such as rice, potatoes, meats and vegetables. Thanks to the additional insulation material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.
Easy to use
This kettle is very easy to use. The double-layered lid has a large handle and a counterweighted opening mechanism for smooth opening and closing. A pressure gauge is placed on top of the device so that the pressure can be read clearly. Being able to clean it easily is an important part of ease of use. The interior is round and, thanks to the stainless steel, smoothly finished throughout. The kettle also needs a handy drain valve to drain the liquid. It is useful not only for draining water prepared in cooking, but also very practical for cleaning.
