Continuous industrial fryer with an immersion frying system and an oil filtration system
The continuous industrial fryer is intended for frying delicate products as well as bulky foods such as vegetables, nuts and much more. It includes and oil filtration system, the oil remains in the lower reservoir where it is isolated from air and light. A pumping system is used for pumping oil from the lower tank to the upper one.
Easy cleaning
Easy disassembly of all components without the need of tools. Free access to the bottom of the tank. The components are washed with a hose, the drain is connected with a hose. The deep fryer is mobile, it is offered with wheels.
Healthy frying
A constant temperature is kept, these fryers work at a lower temperature. Anti overflow oil system prevents hot oil from leaving the fryer. The conveyor belt intended for transporting the product has a double dip belt. The machine includes a control panel with temperature control, adjustable belt speed as well as frying time.
