Advantages:

- After a quick frying in hot oil, the product closes its pores, ensuring maximum retention of the beneficial substances contained inside and preventing oversaturation with oil.
- The centrifuge separator allows you to obtain a 'dry' product after frying with a minimal oil content!
Basic version
The installation consists of a frying container with an oil heating and storage bath, a built-in electrically driven centrifuge, a special pump for hot oil and a piping system connecting the frying section with the heating section. The heating control is located directly on the units body; the centrifuge rotation speed can be adjusted through the inverter. The basic version includes one sectional basket with a lid.
Principle of operation
A special feature of the installation is the ability to remove residual oil from the product, obtaining a dry product at the output. To achieve this, a special system that spins the basket with the product after draining the oil is used, where due to the centrifugal force, drops of oil located on the surface of the product are sprayed onto the walls of the working container and flow through the drain hole into the container for storing and heating the oil.

The combination of the compact 400/1100/12 fryer with the secondary upper pressure conveyor, allows you to expand the variety of products that can be fried.
