The combination of the compact 400/1100/12 model fryer with the secondary upper pressure conveyor allows you to expand the variety of fried products. It is suitable for ensuring uniform, high-quality frying of products in small-scale production, professional kitchens and street food businesses by fully submerging the product in oil throughout the frying process.

This combination of the basic fryer model and a secondary pressure conveyor will effectively fry foods with a high air or moisture content. Such products usually remain on the surface of oil during the frying process, which is inadequate for achieving high-quality, uniform frying results as the product needs to be submerged below the oil level. The product is strategically positioned between the lower and upper conveyors. Remaining stationary and fully immersed in oil, it undergoes frying for a predetermined duration. Following this, the fried snacks are unloaded from the fryer. The conveyor drive is synchronized to ensure both belts move at the same speed, preventing potential damage to the product.

The basic fryer as well as the module itself are made entirely out of food grade stainless steel, including the frame and the conveyor belts. The upper conveyor belt is made out of fine-mesh stainless mesh, the size of which is identical to the size of the base (lower) conveyor belt. The upper conveyor is easily fixed onto the lower conveyor with the help of a drive.

Operating principle

Some foods, with a high water content, tend to float while frying due to the steam produced when in contact with the thermal oil. To ensure high quality and even frying, it's necessary to forcefully immerse the products beneath the oil's surface.

The product is loaded onto the bottom conveyor, and prior to entering the frying zone, it is pressed by the upper conveyor belt along the entire width, it forcibly immerses and holds the product below the oil surface, moving along the entire working area at a given speed for subsequent unloading. The product, moving along entire length of the working area is fully immersed in oil, ensuring a consistent and even frying result. The frying time can be set from a few seconds to 50 minutes!

The maximum product height is up to 50 mm.

Other additional modules that expand the capabilities of the fryer:

  • A conveyor with windmill shaped paddles for frying lightweight, fragile products such as thin french fries, chips, vegetable chips, extruded snacks and other processed foods that float in hot oil
  • A work table out of food grade stainless steel
  • Oil reservoir with a capacity of 75 liters* The reservoir can only be ordered together with the workbench, as a part of the order. *Oil volume +- 5 liters.
