An indispensable solution for the production of fruit purees, nut pastes/butters both on an industrial scale and in small-scale production, the compact installation allows its use in professional kitchens. The colloid mill is used to produce and obtain nut creams, pastes and oils such as: peanut butter, cashew butter, hazelnut paste, pistachio paste, urbech paste, tahini cream and many others.

The colloid mill can also be used for producing flours, including insect flour by grinding dried insects into a fine powder.

The basic version of the colloid mill consists of a powerful high-speed electric motor mounted on legs, on the shaft of which an especially shaped rotor is installed. The stator is mounted on the front panel of the installation with a pipe for loading, and a chamber in the form of a “snail†as well as a pipe for unloading. The advantage of the new model is the ability to adjust the distance between the rotor and stator to select the required fraction size. The three-point adjustment system allows for high processing efficiency and also expands the possibilities of using the installation for various types of raw materials. The principle of operation of the colloid mill is a targeted mechanical effect on the product, which makes it possible to obtain particles of colloidal size (fractions of a micrometer).Â
