The cheese curd harp is a professional handheld tool intended for manual processing of milk during cheese production.

It is used for cutting the curd mass after coagulation and for gently mixing the curds during further processing stages. A key feature of this harp is its rotating grid design, which allows the operator to quickly switch between vertical and horizontal positions. This makes it possible to cut curd in multiple directions and then continue mixing in a circular motion without changing tools. Such flexibility improves process efficiency and helps achieve a more uniform curd size.
