Complex for continuous frying of semi-finished products 400
A continuous production line for deep-frying semi-finished products.
- Frying products both below and above the oil level is possible thanks to the option to select the type of the upper conveyor or easily replace it with another one, depending on the product.
- The frying time can be adjusted from just a few seconds up to an hour, allowing you to fry products with varying frying durations, something that is nearly impossible with any other continuous conveyor fryer.
- Compact design, it includes all essential processes, such as oil storage and filtration.
The equipment complex serves as a production line for frying chips (and other snacks) both extruded pellet-based chips and chips made from natural potatoes or other root vegetables. By selecting a second upper pressure conveyor, the system can be configured as a line for deep-frying of semi-finished products such as dumplings, chebureks, schnitzels, nuggets and various potato-based snacks and items coated in breadcrumbs or liaison (balls, cutlets). The double conveyor enables frying with oil immersion (deep frying) for products of various shapes, up to a maximum height of 50 mm.
A frying line based on the universal modular conveyor fryer is a ready-made solution for your business. Its flexibility allows it to scale with your production needs and adapt to different product ranges, from small to medium productivity, with a huge range of frying time settings.
You can produce unique products with distinct characteristics by adjusting the frying mode and time for forced oil immersion. Depending on the fryer and type of secondary upper conveyor, you can fry products by immersing them in oil or gently process light, floating products without damaging them, ensuring smooth movement toward unloading.
The universal production line for frying a wide range of products consists of:
- A modular fryer with the option of selecting the type of an additional conveyor: a double conveyor system where the second one is used for forced immersion of the product in oil or a conveyor with paddles for frying light products that float, such as chips;
- A stainless steel table under the deep fryer with the option of installing an oil container and an oil filtration system inside it;
- AÂ cooling conveyor for removing excess oil and surface cooling of the product after frying it in the fryer.
