The electric caramel cooker with a reinforced stirring system and manual tilting is designed for processing thick, viscous and temperature-sensitive food products that require continuous intensive mixing during heating.
The unit is suitable for caramel production, creams, jams, sweet fillings, pastes, viscous syrups and similar products that are supposed to be subjected to controlled thermal processing combined with strong mechanical agitation.
The cooker is equipped with a powerful geared mixing motor specifically selected for processing high-viscosity products. Depending on the vessel volume, different motor power versions are available to ensure stable mixing performance even with dense and resistant mixtures. The mixing system is designed for continuous operation under increased mechanical load during heating and processing, compared to our regular cooking kettle with stirring Cook Mak Mix.
The basic version includes stainless steel self-adjusting bottom scrapers that continuously remove product buildup from the heated surface during operation. This improves heat transfer efficiency, reduces the risk of localized overheating and helps maintain uniform product consistency throughout the cooking process. The unit is heated through a sandwich bottom that evenly distributes thermal energy across the entire bottom surface of the vessel. In addition, the caramel cooking kettle features an air-insulated outer casing that improves thermal efficiency by reducing heat losses during operation.
The reinforced removable lid with the integrated mixing system is designed specifically for demanding processing applications involving high-viscosity products and increased mixing resistance. The reinforced mounting mechanism with 3 tightening screws ensures stable and secure attachment of the mixing system during operation while still allowing convenient removal of the lid for cleaning and sanitization in just a few seconds. The lid includes a practical 1/3 opening section with a protective grid for operator safety during operation. Optionally, the unit can be equipped with a lid-opening safety sensor that automatically stops the mixing system when the lid is opened instead of the grid, which allows the operator to add ingredients without removing the mixing lid.
The unit is mounted on a rigid stainless steel supporting structure with caster wheels for easy movement within the production facility. The mechanical tilting system features 8 working positions with a maximum tilt angle of 110° for convenient unloading and complete emptying of the working vessel. A specially shaped pouring lip ensures controlled product discharge in a smooth laminar flow during tilting.
Optionally, the cooker can be equipped with a jacket (duplicator) for a heat transfer medium up to 0.5 bar. This additional inner layer (that serves as an alternative to the air insulation layer) allows indirect external heating or cooling using hot or cold water supplied from an external source for gentle thermal processing and accurate temperature control.
