During the drying process, the product gradually goes through several successive processes, such as mixing, stirring, homogenization, deaeration, heat distribution, separation of media and evaporation of moisture.
Advantages
- Drying products at low temperatures to avoid the risk of thermal damage or destruction. Thanks to the vacuum vessel as the working tank and the vacuum generation system, it is possible to create a high vacuum - a deep vacuum inside the working tank, which allows to reduce the boiling/evaporation temperature of the solvent.
- Indirect heating through a jacket without dead nodes and zones for intensive heat transfer. It is possible to use various types of heat carrier from an external source (water, steam, thermal oil). A cold heat carrier from an external source can also be supplied into the jacket (duplicator).
- A special mixing device provides mixing, as well as stirring and lifting the product from the bottom up, which provides not only three-dimensional mixing, intensive heat transfer, but also increases the drying area of ​​the product.
Basic version
It comprises a vacuum conical reactor with a heating/cooling jacket, a specially shaped stirrer and a vacuum system. The control is selected in accordance with the requirements and degree of process automation.
