Commercial deep fryer with a removable mesh basket and a tilting system
The food products are fried in a stainless-steel basket by submerging them in the oil. The basket’s round shape significantly improves frying quality by ensuring even cooking and also makes cleaning much easier.
An electric bottom heater with adjustable power heats the oil to 180–200 °C, providing intense heat transfer and stability throughout the frying cycle. The deep fryer has a built-in 2.6 kW heater, with optional 5 kW or 6.5 kW heating options available. The unit is also equipped with a manual tilt mechanism with three adjustment positions and a maximum tilt angle of 110°, allowing cooled oil to be drained through an optional mobile flow-through filter (additional option) into a storage container for later use.

Basic Configuration
The fryer consists of a frying pan with a stainless steel basket, an integrated 2.6 kW bottom electric heating element, mounted on a freestanding support structure with a manual three stage tilting mechanism. It includes a professional high-temperature thermometer for temperature monitoring, a top lid, and a seven-stage heating intensity control.
