The stainless steel mesh basket is a practical accessory for handling and processing various food products inside food processing equipment.
Designed to fit directly into our cooking kettles, vacuum evaporators, pasteurizers, fryers and blanchers, the baskets allow easy loading and unloading of products before and after processing.
Their main function is to hold the small products during cooking, heating or frying, and to allow immediate draining once removed from the unit. The fine mesh design ensures quick liquid discharge while retaining solids, preventing products from remaining inside the tank or adhering to its walls. This simplifies cleaning, shortens downtime between batches, and improves process hygiene.
Made entirely from food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304), the baskets are corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to sterilize. They are equipped with upper handles for safe handling, and can withstand continuous use at high temperatures. The robust welded structure ensures long service life even under frequent use in industrial and commercial environments.
The baskets are suitable for a wide range of applications such as boiling and blanching vegetables, cooking meat and fish, pasteurizing jars or pouches, frying chips and snacks, filtering fruit pulp, or draining products after processing.
