Additional insulation
The cooking pot has an indirect heating system: there are double walls that can be filled with water so that the food does not burn and does not overheat quickly. The double-walled lid also has additional insulation. In addition, the lid is equipped with a hinged and balanced mechanism, making it easy to open and close. There is also a safety valve that prevents excess steam pressure. This kettle also features micro-perforated stainless steel burners and has flame protection for added safety. By using an external valve, you can also remove excess air to reduce pressure. Finally, there is a clearly readable pressure gauge.
Direct or indirect heating system
This cooking kettle is available in 2 versions with different types of heating: a direct or an indirect heating system.
For direct heating boiling pan version: Micro-perforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame protection. The pan is single walled with the heat source directly below the boiler. This makes it ideal for foods you cook in water such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausage and meats. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels so that the product does not burn quickly. Thanks to the additional insulation material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.
For indirect heating boiling pan version: If you choose the indirect version of heating for your boiling pan it means that there is a double wall that can be filled with water so that food does not burn or overheat quickly. The double walled lid also has extra insulation. In addition, the lid is equipped with a hinged and balanced mechanism that makes it easy to open and close. There is also a pressure relief valve that ensures that the steam does not overpressurize. This boiling pan is also equipped with micro-perforated burners made from stainless steel and have a flame protection for extra safety. Using the external valve, you can also remove any excess air to decrease the pressure.
Easy to clean
Since the worktop is made entirely of stainless steel, it is easy to clean. This gas boiler is suitable for LPG or natural gas. Drain valve allows liquid products to be drained as well as emptying the boiling vessel for easy cleaning. Stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, dry everything well with a soft cloth. This professional cooking pot is equipped with sturdy feet for added stability during use.
