The Mak Mix tilting mixer is designed for preparing liquid and semi-liquid doughs. It's suitable for mixing dough for waffles, pancakes, cakes, and other baked goods.

This dough mixer with a high-speed mixer and tilt system is suitable for use in bakeries, confectionery factories, and food processing plants.

The Mak Mix is equipped with a specially designed flat paddle agitator with perforations, suitable for a range of low to medium product consistencies. When the unit is in the tilted position, the agitator effectively incorporates air into light and aerated mixtures such as sponge cake batter, whipped egg whites, whipped cream, and pastry creams, helping to achieve a light and fluffy texture. In the upright position, the same agitator can be used for processing low to medium density products such as butter cakes, thin minced meat mixtures or mashed potatoes, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing without excessive aeration.

  • High safety standards: the top housing is equipped with a lid opening sensor that shuts off the agitator when the lid is opened.

The basic version includes:

A working tank suspended on a support structure with a mechanical tilt system with three working positions (up to 110°), equipped with a mixer with a geared motor. The support structure has castor wheels with a brake, and the top housing (hatch) is equipped with a safety sensor (lid opening).
