The stainless steel MAK storage and transport vessel with a manual tilting system is designed for handling products during different stages of food production.
It can be used for transporting liquid or semi-liquid products between processing stations, as temporary product storage, for intermediate process accumulation, controlled unloading, or handling hot products safely within the production line.
The unit is especially useful for handling heavy liquid products that are difficult or unsafe to move manually once filled, particularly hot liquids or larger production batches. The integrated caster wheels allow smooth transport throughout the facility. The manual tilting mechanism enables controlled discharge directly into other processing equipment, containers, filling systems or working tanks.
The mechanical tilting system features 8 working positions with a maximum tilt angle of 110°, allowing convenient handling and complete emptying of the working vessel with minimal product losses. Optionally, a specially shaped pouring lip can be installed, which ensures smooth and controlled product discharge in a laminar flow during tilting and helps prevent uncontrolled spilling over the edge of the vessel.
The vessel can be equipped with a removable stainless steel lid that helps protect the product during transport or temporary storage. For improved operator convenience during processing, a practical side holder for placing the lid while the vessel is open can be installed. Optionally, a professional high-temperature thermometer can be installed, with a probe directly inside the product for continuous visual temperature monitoring during transport, storage or intermediate production stages.
Both the unit and the supporting structure are manufactured entirely from food-grade stainless steel, and are designed for operation in professional food production environments.
