SMART LYOTM freeze dryers can be equipped with filling systems, isolators, and inspection services, providing a fully integrated production facility from a single supplier. Every component meets the most stringent technical requirements and complies with the rigorous standards set by global licensing authorities, as well as adhering to current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs). Available in shelf sizes ranging from 0.57 to 40 m2, these freeze dryers boast a condenser capacity of up to 800 kg.

Key Features:

The entire system is built on a single-floor plant frame, ensuring quick and easy commissioning. It consists of a compact chamber/condenser unit, all system modules (hydraulics, venting system, vacuum), and optional features such as CIP/SIP.

The refrigeration unit can be installed remotely from the plant frame, even on a different floor if required, allowing flexible adaptation to fit the customer's infrastructure.

The electrical cabinet can be positioned either in the freeze dryer plant or centrally in a control room, providing versatility in setup.

Frame mounting enables the installation of SMART LYOTM freeze dryers within existing building architecture, including the machinery room and sterile area. This results in a straightforward and uncomplicated assembly process, requiring only the connection of the plant to the unit frame and switch cabinet.
